The short answer
If faith matters to you, choose a practice that reflects your own beliefs and give it a manageable place in your week. If it does not, use values or meaning as your focus, or skip the area. You do not need to save personal beliefs on a website to reflect on them.
Decide whether this area belongs in your plan
Faith can be important to how someone wants to live, but it is not a universal requirement. Our planner makes this area optional. You can choose values, meaning or purpose as your personal interpretation.
You do not need to name a religion, disclose private experiences or justify your choice. Consider what matters to you and whether a written website entry is useful. A personal notebook is another option.
Choose a practice that reflects your own intention
A practice might involve prayer, reflection, learning, time in community or an act of service. Choose it because it fits your beliefs and circumstances, not because the planner assumes a particular tradition.
Try one manageable action. Decide when it fits, and choose an easier version for a week with less time. The aim is to make room for your intention rather than create another task you feel guilty about.
- Name a value you want to act on.
- Choose one practice or act of service.
- Decide when you could try it.
- Review whether it felt meaningful to you.
Choose what you want to store
Faith reflections may reveal religious beliefs. In our year planner, saving this area requires a separate optional choice. These entries are not published or sent to coaches. The site owner can access stored profile data for administration and data requests.
Untick the faith-saving choice and save to remove these reflections from your saved plan. You can export or delete the entire saved year from My Year. Downloaded copies remain under your control.
